After an introduction by moderator Dr Charles Rougé, this webinar will feature a presentation by Dr Veysel Yildiz on "Adaptive Decision Making for Hydropower Retrofitting Under Uncertainty."   Veysel is a researcher at Duke University who has been working with Dr Marta Zaniolo on a transformative approach to turbine system retrofitting for large reservoirs, using the iconic Hoover Dam on the Colorado River in the Southwestern United States as a central case study.
